About PARADIGM

PARADIGM didirikan PARADIGM was founded in December 2015, by H. Clay Myers and Peggy Putri. It was a direct follow-up to Coffee Connection, which had been launched in early 2014. CC was a monthly gathering of expatriates and business professionals to network, share resources, exchange ideas and enjoy the company of colleagues.

Setelah dua tahun menjalankan inisiatif sejak 2014, keduanya mengambil langkah yang lebih besar dan membangun PARADIGM, penyedia jasa training and coaching serta pembinaan pengembangan profesional, fokus pada Kepemimpinan dan Pengembangan Komunikasi yang mengarah pada Pelayanan Unggul.

PARADIGM has integrated several points-of-interest, to bring about a training regimen that is both unique and highly effective. Among these are: • Custom-designed curriculum, developed by leading experts in the fields of education, hospitality, leadership, coaching, and mentoring, made to address the specific needs of the customer • FUNTERACTIVE (Fun + interactive) training, which incorporates hybrid concepts, social media, digital technology, and C.A.L.L. (Computer Assisted Language Learning) to effectively communicate with the youth, Gen Z and the millennials. • A comprehensive, step-by-step process that incorporates aspects of teaching, training, coaching and mentoring, to ensure a quality experience, with positive results in such areas as food & beverage, interior design, secondary education, government initiatives, international relations and much more.

Paradigm Connection is a professional community and support system for learners to grow, practice and improve their overall social and business skills

We are aware that attending one or two meetings in class is not nearly enough to properly develop skills and talents. There should be, if possible, consistent training, tutoring, feedback, support and interaction. 

Our motto is ‘'We don't teach, we EDUCATE!'; therefore, we are determined to establish Paradigm Connection as a place for professionals to share, grow and connect

 

Through Paradigm Connection, you will understand the concept of professional development, including applicable knowledge to improve overall professional performance. 

Additionally, you will also be shown several self-development techniques, including how to do a personal SWOT analysis and how to develop S.M.A.R.T goals

Clay is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and TESOL-certified English trainer, with more than 25 years of experience as an educator in the United States, Europe and Asia. He is from Virginia, USA, and has extensive knowledge in the field of teaching, especially professional communication, broadcasting and business English.

The ultimate vision we want to achieve is to maximize the value of education, combined with solid work principles, to help more people achieve their goals through PARADIGM.

Peggy Putri

Co-Founder & COO

Peggy is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) and BNSP-certified national trainer, with nearly 15 years of experience, as a practitioner in the service industry. Having an educational background in the hospitality sector, and being a certified Customer Experience Professional, Peggy is very fond of case studies in the world of service, hospitality, and the HORECA Industry.

She is widely-known, and respected, as a trainer and coach who creates fun, stress-free, highly-impactful, training experiences. Her passion for people development, and education, led her to co-create PARADIGM.

Rama memiliki pengalaman berkarir selama 17 tahun di telekomunikasi dan digital industri di 3 negara.

Rama adalah praktisi Terapi Perilaku Kognitif (CBT) bersertifikat. Beliau pernah menjadi mentor bisnis di universitas-universitas ternama di Indonesia dan pernah menjadi pembicara di acara-acara bergengsi di Google, Facebook, dan Cisco.

Meski sebagian besar pengalaman berbasis ilmiah, metode pengajarannya cukup praktis, berorientasi pada manusia, dan kolaboratif untuk menghasilkan pengalaman belajar yang berdampak.

Cinta Maulida

Program manager

Cinta is a BNSP-certified national trainer and professional coach, with nearly eight (8) years of experience in training and development, for private companies, state-owned enterprises, government and youth communities. Prior to joining PARADIGM, Cinta led several national, and international event committees, which helped her to become familiar with case studies on leadership, communication, service and teamwork

Her passion for people and organizational development led her to join PARADIGM. Apart from being a professional trainer, she is also an active coach for personal development and leader acceleration programs

Ia juga berpengalaman lebih dari 6 tahun di Dunia Event Management dan Organizing khususnya di acara konferensi dan olahraga.

Saat ini Aryo mengajar Kewirausahaan, Komunikasi, dan Pengembangan Keterampilan / Inovasi di Universitas Bakrie serta menjabat sebagai Head of Innovation & Transformation Lab.

English Program Specialist

Tiara adalah pelatih bahasa Inggris bersertifikat TESOL, dengan pengalaman lebih dari 10 tahun sebagai pendidik untuk anak-anak, remaja, hingga dewasa. Ia memiliki pengetahuan yang luas di bidang pendidikan bahasa Inggris, terutama persiapan untuk TOEFL, IELTS, serta bahasa Inggris untuk bisnis.

Melalui pengalamannya, Tiara telah membantu lebih dari 1.000+ siswa serta klien-klien seperti UNILEVER, TASPEN, OLX Autos, Jakarta Eye Center, dll.
